Welcome to Soul Print Healing's Stepping in Retreat, harnessing your mental wellbeing and stepping into a more confident you. Discover your ability to self-heal and gain confidence. Our aim is for those on a healing journey of spirit and self-discovery to help break through the limitations of repetitive cycles, limiting thought patterns and self-doubt beliefs, allowing us to trust and connect with our higher self. Understanding that every small step forward in personal growth can make huge changes in how we move forward in our daily lives. Understanding our thoughts and behaviours bringing about new awareness and understanding the importance of being present to help us face life's challenges from a more open mind set point of view. Harnessing the energy of the Earth feeling more connected with the universal life force to enhance balance within our own existence. Our Retreat location is held at Fair Oak Farm in Mayfield, Situated in rural East Sussex this centre is well known for its beautifully design accommodation and outstanding natural beauty across twelve acres and surrounded by woodland and fields makes for a perfect escape to create an uplifting experience with like minded individuals. With stunning tree houses, Shepherd huts and a grade II listed farmhouse and out-buildings. A well sized Oak barn for Yoga and group meditations/activities but if the weather is good activities will be facilitated outside. Your retreat will include Hatha Yoga, QiGong, sound bath with the gongs, Group facilitated systemic healing, meditations, communal gatherings with mantras, chanting and music around a camp fire. On Wednesday the 19th of April marks the new moon phase where we will honour the start of new cycles creating and stepping into our new embodied power. All meals are included and a full itinerary of the retreat will be given upon booking. Spaces are limited and prices very according to the accommodation as some rooms will have a shared bathroom, it will be a first come first served basis.
